Accounts are created by the school when you enrol. Your teacher gives you your username and password — there is no public sign-up. If you are interested in studying with us, contact the school using the details above.
Tell your teacher or contact the school. We will reset your password immediately; you will sign in with a temporary password and the app will ask you to choose a new one.
Check your internet connection first, then close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, message us with your username and what you were doing — we usually resolve these the same day.
Press and hold any message to report it or block the sender. Reports go to the school's moderators and are reviewed within 24 hours.
